Cyber Faces I/E Problem

I've message a couple people and no one is responding back. Cyber faces texture I/E keeps giving me a run time error of script out of range and permission denied when I try to import. Can any one please tell me what I'm doing wrong or why this is happening and the first time I used it, it worked fine and now this. Is there something else to use to import my cf?
