Important about salary and contracts

Guys, i want that someone can suggest me, i want to understand how can i add real player salary and contract for retro mod to using basketball-reference.com? and can i do it without Reditor?
for example here we have Magic team, i scroll down and found Magic team salaries: http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/ORL/1999.html
and i want to add that Anfernee Hardaway salary (i mean $8,505,000) so i must only rewrite $8,505,000 to year 1? for example like here (i mark in red): http://www.sendspace.com/file/iaks6h and that's same with all players? and no need to split his salary to parts, to other years such as 2 , 3, 4 and etc.? and what to do with year 2, 3, 4 and etc, just all left with $0 or rewrite to the $8,505,000? will be looking for your suggests. Thanks.
