Editing players eye color (with hex not reditor)

I already know how to locate a player by cyber face in the hex... but... where in the code can you find eye color? Also, how do you change an eye color from brown to blue?

create a player, give him brown eyes, save the roster
load the roster, edit the player to have blue eyes, save the roster as a different filename

do a file compare with your hex program, find what changed, then share it in the tutorial thread please
