created player's cf's.. need help please

i would like to just create a player in the game then use the generated cyber face to photoshop my face on to.. is it possible?

Use blender to edit a cf to make it look like you, then assign it to your player. Use this for MP.
Somebody's got an image he's so desperate to keep.
