Camera Editing..

I would like to ask how to edit height/zoom(nosebleed & Press) camera using hex editor? I'd like to adjust the height and zoom of this camera..
The problem is when I adjust height it goes up too much like birds eye view. I've been messing around trying to guess which parameters I should change in order to edit the zoom and height of the camera..
Press Cam Zoom=1, Height=4

Nosebleed Cam Zoom=5,Height=5
