This is NBA 2KX Mod tool v0.18

This tool is the latest version MOD Tools for NBA2K series
This upgrade is to provide support for NBA2K12 other significant changes in this update the program structure,
The previous version of the game may be decreased, if the latest version of the tool does not recognize, you can try using the previous version.
By the way: this is the last time I upgrade this tool,
So I decided to open the core class library source code for others who wants to continue develop.
