QUESTION IS THIS POSSIBLE???

Hey everyobne i had a question i was wondering if it was possible to do a cyberface or an edit on a cyberface i wanted to get the sleevless undershirt that kyrie irving wore under his jerseys in college id really like to kno heres a picture of what i mean i wanted to know if you can make an edit to get it to look like this picture

not like that, but there is an undershirt option in edit player
