Theoretical modding question

Thanks to the Unlock All settings file or the codes for 2k12 we get 4 extra teams...the 2K Sports team,2K China, the NBA 2K development team and the VC team.

Now my question is, would it be possible to override the jersey and arena graphics, and edit the roster file to create 4 new teams? Or has there to be more work done then that?


By the way, witch teams do you miss most in 2k12? My 4 choices would be 94/95 Pacers, the 92/93 Pheonix Suns, 2000/01 76ers and the 01/02 Lakers

eh, yes and no. the REDitor is needed for advanced team editing like that, but yea, we can take over those team slots. With the 2k11 REDitor we could also use the duplicate "practice" teams for each NBA team, the D-League, the Create a team slots, Street/My Player teams. Essentially you can have ~110 playable teams in one roster (play now only)
