Click start in the search bar search %appdata% then open 2ksports open NBA 2 k11 then saves. Finally add the ros file into saves. Play 2k load the roster and bam.

Here we go guys Surprise: Now there are more teams going to be added, it just takes time to create them. Other things are also being worked on too. Vlad is looking into somethings right now. Thanks Vlad for this great editor. Thank you JaoSming for starting this project.
If there something that you sent me like cf's or anything in my old email address, that is not my email anymore. My email got hacked and had to change alot of things around.
From now on if you send anything to me send a link in the PM if you would.

This patch adds 21 more teams and makes it 89 teams available to play in the roster file. Everything works. All the teams can be changed in your customizing your teams and can be used in your seasons, association, and playoffs modes. This is what JaoSming and I have been working toward, to get this many teams working for everything.

Also PM about the other stuff we discussed, and I might have found a file we can edit the crowds, if we get the teamxxx.iff thing working...

I saw you put some of the Team files in your patch #3, but they aren't assigned to any teams...and tried to look in Reditor to see if we put them on the teams cut can't find the spot.

the starting lineups are all messed up and i dont think that some players are as bad as you put them in this game. Those are really my only complaints. Good work

None of the new teams were rated and the rotations were not done either.

You guys have an editor. You can rate them and edit them. the big thing is the teams are there now. If you only knew how much it took to get this all working with this many teams, you would not complain. It wasn't all that easy to get this roster database like this. It just takes alot of time and effort to do all the things that need to be done.

One person cannot do it all. Vlad is looking into the team.iff files. Yes this is my final. I wanted to add 2 more teams Boston College and Dayton, but it didn't happen.

Not enough time to do any edits for the ratings or even to do the lineups for the new teams added in. Last cf that was added was number png4122.iff Here is Will Barton. I am working on ratings, lineups and more when I'm done with the scoreboards and globals! I will take a break on the team.iff stuff until it can be used.

My ratings will use real facts from multiple sites, based on this seasons totals, all the way down to the players minutes per game...here is a video I did on ratings for my 2k10 project ratings...I will be doing the same for 2k11...

First of all as i have said, and will continue to say, you guys have done an OUTSTANDING JOB. These people who are ungratful, or cant even take time out to say thank you , should truly feel like Sh!t! i dont know how to mod, i have tryed. my photo shop skillz suck to be quite frank. but all you lames, that have downloaded this mod, and havent said thank you, or people who are ungratful, guess what...NEXT TIME YOU DO IT! [b] , i bet you dont get past, the first SQUAD![/b]you clowns dont even relize without this mod, you wouldnt have a college hoops game to play, unless you got a console, then at that point you would be just shoveling out $ for a half ass project, when you got damn near 100% product on the pc, you lames are flatout STUPID! i can rember back in the live days ( jao ) knows what i mean here, when ck, and others would take on a manitude project like this o7 comes to mind, a whole total conversion, and get the same results, top notch work. Thanks to everyone who put this mod together. I don't care about rotations & all of that jazz. The fact of the matter is PC players now have college basketball. I did have the "no head" problem I noticed for a player or 2 (Mack for Butler is one I remember). Is that a problem with my video card or something? What do I need to do to have their heads show up? Thanks again for all of your hard work.


Nevermind...Mack somehow didn't go in when I installed Patch 2, so I went back & copied his file back into the game. I assume it's the same situation with the other guy I saw, so everything is OK.

wow this s amazing just from what I have seen I would go buy 2k11 for my laptop just to play that it looks so amazing, and I beg and pray that you can find some kind of way of getting this to the 360 but if you can't I guarantee when 2k12 rolls around I will be purchasing one for my pc version also.

I corrected all of the players with wrong leg colors and added 3 missing cyberfaces and changed a few players eye color from blue to brown like Harrison Barnes. Just a quick fix .

You need to start editing your names to something other than NCAA.rar

to let us know it's different items or changes.

We just got a breakthrough guys. I finally figured it out how to get every player editable from head to toe. All the heads show up now in the player pictures.

Of course the ones that have heads assigned don't touch

You may already be aware of this, but 'Season' mode crashes anytime you swap one team in for another. I've tried with both 1 and 2 'user-controlled' teams. If you keep the default teams, it will run fine ( I attempted to simulate a season). If you swap in 1 team for another, it will crash when attempting to go to the season calendar and simulate.

Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

it didn't crash in mine try association mode too. it works too


I just tried it again and it works fine. Make sure you turn the cpu trades, Pre Season games, injuries all off. That is what I did, it works just fine I also set my quarters at 10 minutes.

I tried again and received the crash in both season and association modes. My settings for each mode were as follows...

no CPU trades, no injuries, no CPU signings, etc etc...
10 min quarters for user and CPU
29 game season with each playoff round = 1 game series (closest to an actual college season + tournament)
customize league = "yes" (in order to be able to swap teams within each division)
autosave=off

i go to the season calendar and click a few months ahead and hit 'simulate'. i can get as far as the menu screen asking if i want to "Simulate all games". as soon as i click that..it crashes back to the desktop.

maybe it has something to do with the length of the season/playoffs? If i dont swap any teams, i can get all the way through. as soon as i do and attempt to simulate, I crash.

Just tried again without changing the season length (i left it at 82 games) or the playoff series lengths, and crashed when swapping teams and simulating.

So in summary, based upon my tests...no matter what length of season or playoffs i use, no matter what quarter lengths i use, I can run fine if i dont customize the league by swapping teams. If i swap 1 team, I crash.

The roster file i'm using is the latest roster file released a few posts earlier (NCAA Final MM.ROS) . Not sure what could be causing my problem.
