Is there a way (with REDitor) to add more retired numbers to a team so those numbers can't be used anymore in Association?

Not yet. Likely to be implemented by the next release.

Hey jao still no luck. It's really Annoying me

Jao's way should work... You just need to make a 1-pixel texture file and set Logo field of the jersey to this file name.
Don't know, why this didn't work for you, mate...

in addition the posting image i put up eailer im been getting this one 2. anyone know why yhte program is having these isuees and how i can fix it.

The program doesn't have enough rights to create files, so this is the problem. Try to give it full rights upon the folder, it's installed to, or try installing it to some other folder.

Is it possible to delete a player with the free edition ? If not, is it possible with another edition? Thanks in advance.

You can release him from his team via the game and then set IsFA to 0, so he won't be in the game any more. To physically delete his record, you need to have Guru license.

===========================
So, Release 7 is done. Though planned to be February, it's now devoted to The First Spring Day. Several reasons caused the delay, but thx to Jao, another bug was found Y-day.

What's next: big Help File, TMM and FDC support. I'll post some more plans, when these things are implemented.

PS: I thought it over and decided not to add multi-lingual support, as it's quite laborous to implement + can cause some other problems...

- Added: TType (new) and IsHidden fields are now editable for Teams in NBA 2K11 Tables

:applaud:

FYI to those that read this, this allows us to create rosters with 120 teams available in Play Now.
Opinions are my own.

Thanks for your help. In fact my problem is the following: with the Kova roster, I think a created player (Anthony Mason Jr) is having the same Id that the player I'm creating in 'My Player' mode. So when I'm drafted and I have to play the Summer Circuit games, I can't, as this Mason player is on the bench instead of me (and I'm eventually sent to D-League).

So I thought that I might be able to fix this problem by using Reditor to edit the Kova roster and deleting this player. What do you think ?

Another question : with just the free edition, can I free this player (he is normally playing with the Austin Toros) from his team then, in the game, delete him ? Since he appears in my 'Created Players' list...

Hello,

This appears to be a wonderful application, but I had one quick question before purchasing.

Do any of these allow you to edit the slider settings? I have two custom settings that I like. One of which I would like to have appear when I put the sliders on 'default' and the second which will appear when I put the sliders on 'custom'. Does this editor allow me to do that in either an association or in the top level?

Thank you for all your hard work on this which I will likely purchase anyway, but having this ability will make it an immediate buy.

If anyone know how to do this with or without an editor I would be much appreciative of any help that could be provided.

Strange, you're facing the issue... In the official roster there is another player in that slot and in my save MP is 843.
But try to set Mason's PlType to CAP Slot (see Tutorials for the correct value, as i don't remebmer it ))) probably, it is 2).

Do any of these allow you to edit the slider settings?

Well, actually, not yet. This is in my future plans, though; but not the nearest future.

I'll buy the guru pack regardless. As a token of my appreciation for all your hard work and in hopes that the slider settings do indeed become adjustable soon (as they are really affecting my ability to enjoy the game in its fullest :-( ).

Will I have to rebuy again in the future once the update takes place or is this a a purchase of all future revisions as well?

Thanks again for your time. To be absolutly exact, before beginning the MP mode, I also created two players I placed in the Knicks roster, in place of Williams and Curry (two non-rookies) that I transfered to other NBA teams. Maybe it changed the Id of this Mason player ?

What is this CAP Slot doing ?

Shouldn't have affected. But everything's possible, as we don't know quite a lot abouth this game ))) Try to start MP without your CAPs, first, and check, if it works fine.

Marking Mason as CAP Slot you'll let the game know, that it's an empty player slot, so, probably, you player will overwrite Mason.

This Penny is already in your 2k files png0947, but has very dark arms, all I did was import Razor's 2k10 Penny skin using 2k9 iff editor.

I finally looked in this ROS file with Reditor. Mason is indicated as having no team (his TeamID columns are filled with '-1'). In the game he's indicated as free agent, but when I want to delet him, the game tells me that he's playing for the Toros. In Reditor he's also indicated as non-free agent. What's wrong with this guy !

Edit : Bilbut's tale, step two :D

I discovered that Mason is a player of the Knicks team used in the Summer Circuit. I think it comes from the fact that the fake player erased by Ryan( when he created all these D-League players) was playing in this Summer Circuit as well. And this fake player has his PlType filled with 4 (Regular NBA), whereas Mason (and all the D-League players) is filled with 5 (Existing CP). And, MAYBE, the game cannot replace an Existing CP by a MP, whereas it can replace a Regular NBA. MAYBE.

Bilbut, check the Teams tab for the Toros. Check if Mason's ID is listed in the rotation (Rot1_**). If it is change it to -1.

I did that, and that's where I discovered he was in fact playing for the Summer Circuit's Knicks. How is he linked to the Toros, I still don't know

I changed Mason's PlType value from 5 to 4 and the bug disappeared ! I was able to play some games with the Knicks and I earned my place in NBA. I saw Mason in the games too. A bug when playing the Lakers in the Summer Circuit (my player was [again] replaced by some D-League guy from Summer LAK roster) but nothing else. I will put all the 5 values to 4 and so be it.

Can someone help me here? I recently purchased the developer version for 2k11. I want to open more than one window and copy and paste values from one roster to another. Do I need the advanced interface and guru version? Or just one of them? Thanks.

I am guessing that the people who are set to be free agents after one season are meant to be seen in the free agent screen? If that's not true, please let me know :)
