I think you should include him in the roster so that guys that want him in the roster can play with him and the guys that don't want to have him in the roster can decrease his ratings or if there is any better solution to exclude him they can do it and both sides are happy...

just to mention one thing: sliders are not a universal "dogma",what suite for me maybe it's really easy for you,what i need is a satisfying challenge agaisnt cpu trying to find a good balance without disrupting too much the base of the game..short equation --> less tweak = better results. i think this game is pretty much balanced out of the box..so it's up to you my buddies to choose what really fit your skills....our goal is to spread all over the pc community a solid, updated and essential roster with a unique way of re-edited tendencies and if you like it rate it accordingly. The most has been done and i hope you enjoy this work.
