By the way.. let's say I want to make a rookie Kobe Bryant my player.. will he replace the original Kobe Bryant or will I eventually meet him as a clone in-game?

I tried everything I had no problem on COMDLG32.ocx, but when I apply nothing changes only skin tone. Why? Please help.

Well guys almost ready.
The new tool will be "My Player Real Player"
It will allow you to choose any player from any roster and play with him at his actual NBA team.
It works with all rosters ( UAR, EGS, Kova, etc )
I hope it will be ready by this weekend.

HOW TO USE IT

a) First a start a new My Player. You can use any roster you want ( UAR, Kova, EGS, etc )

b) Save your My Player.

c) Quit My Player Mode.

d) Browse and open your career file ( .CMG ) with this tool
CMG files are placed in folder : C: / Documents and Settings / USER / xxxxx / Application Data / 2K Sports /NBA 2K11 / Saves

e) Select the player you would like to be from the list.

Then apply and ready!


IMPORTANT : Any time you make a change the program will backup your previous file.

Crashes for me too. Downloaded it, installed it, did all of the work just like you said, but it crashes when i try to go to next game or read headlines on nba.com section in game. I am using latest official roster, this one, plus I updated a game to 1.0.1:

Please, make this work ASAP, it's great so far, the only bad thing is that it's not working. )

P.S. For some reason, Ricky Rubio is not in a player base on your program.
