[KOVA] FINAL Roster Update RELEASED!! 08.03.2011.

Does anyone can help me? I can play Playoffs with Kova rosters, and the right rotations, but if I want to play Assoc. or Season, the rotations get default. Living rosters is off, but when I start the game, it shows that Living rosters are saving and loading...cache is empty too...

First of all, guys, please stop asking questions that are not in any way connected with roster! Color of socks and other team colors have nothing to do with roster. It's unchangable because there's no Reditor, how many times do I have to repeat that?

Also the rotations mix and problems with associations.. There aren't even any additional files or CFs like in 2k10, so there couldn't be crashes because of that.. I have no clue what the problem could be..

Hedo, I'm not subjective regarding player ratings.. I'm Sixers fan, and if I was subjective, Jrue Holiday would be 80.. Jameer Nelson had All-star season a year ago, and Magic are always in conference semis or finals.. Tyreke Evans had 20-5-5 season last year and he was game changer and go to guy for Sac.. Jennings had night like 1-11 with 5 points.. He averaged like 14,15 pts? The most he deserves right now is 76, 77 in some of next updates if he improves.. Ellis is a star for Warriors, not Curry.. He averaged 23 pts last season, and he can score whenever he wants.. Curry still has way too many turnovers and the most he can get right now is 78, which is also good.. Trust me, I take a lot of things including impact on team into consideration, and I'm all but subjective regarding ratings..

if I remember correctly, 2K10 also have the same problem..rotation is always automatically reset by the game when you enter the association,..so,maybe its the game bugs?..

Hedo, I'm not subjective regarding player ratings..

I'm not saying you but in general. Everybody is subjective. Even when you're 100% trying to be objective nobody can take themselves out of the equation. It's a philosophical matter. I'm a journalist by profession, journalists all try to be objective because it's their job but they know they are not. It's impossible to be 100% objective for a human being. A big reason for it is that it's too hard to be conclusive. To know the 'whole truth' so to say. As well as the importance one person gives to certain facts over other ones. That differs from person to person. Same philosophy applies to historians (Foucault wrote a lot about this).

I could argue more about Curry/Ellis but I won't. I would bring up objective arguments but they'd still be subjective as to why I chose those objective facts and not the ones you chose.

Sir kova has been patching rosters ever since and its good... please anyone dont ask to much from rosters/gameplays ^^

Hey Kova, I hope you don't mind but i'm re-evaluating the "Touches" tendency for Superstars, All-Stars and Scorers of all the 30 NBA teams. I'm finding that the Superstars are taking too many shots (Wade/Lebron/Durant were taking 35+ shots while others were not taking enough shots)

My Legend for Touches would be:
Superstars (Lebron/Wade/Durant/Kobe) = 65
All-Stars (Bosh/Paul/Pierce/Granger) = 60
Scorers (JR Smith/Curry/Crawford) = 55

I'm not editing every player's Touches, but only the top 3 or top 2 players who score the majority of the points for their team.

Just my 2 cents..: I would suggest to max their touches out, or keep higher (superstars) but compensate their FGA by upgrading their teammates touches I think. That way when/if they'd get traded they'd still be dominant automatically.

did anyone of you notice the low fg % in simmed asso...??? for all teams. i dont know why but now even if i set tempo up by 5 points for every team there are only 4-5 teams makin 100+ points per game. with the default roster i had about 15-16 100+ ppg teams.....

ok i know why. the teams attempt a lot more shots during the 82 games if you use default roster

i think the touch tendencies should be in between of kovas max 85 to 65 suggested by tc10. i think 75 should be max. but we should concentrate on shot tendencies. in my opinion they should be toned down for every player by 10-15. just look at the shot attempts in simmed asso. they are around of 7800 shots max..... speed up every team by 5-10 points and we should get realistic stats in game and simmed stats. it would be a lot of work... what do you think???
