double click the exe and it should install to your 2k11 folder, you may need to direct it to the proper install folder

then download this update

take the iff files and put them in the 2k11 folder
the ROS files go in your saves folder

no more CF's, we are waiting on 2k12 now...to start the project for that game. 2k11 is officially done.

great job on this project guys.

this is a tad unrelated (but kind of related) i'd like to go on record as saying koresh is the best "from scratch" cf maker i have ever seen, hands down. 2K should be paying the dude to do updates for them.

I promise I think im the only one who cannot do my player with this mod. It continues to freeze at the draft. Is it something i did wrong?

There seems to still be some problems with the arizona roster.

anybody else noticing a crash when trying to save the 73 team roster file after adjusting the rotations/minutes/starters? Duke's starting rotation should be PG Rivers, SG Curry, SF Dawkins, PF Plumlee, C Kelly. Rivers is currently slated with 0 minutes, when i give him minutes and put him in the starting rotation and try to re-save the roster file....crash. anyone else notice this?

changed and no problem..I've already adjusted all the lineups and minutes in my next roster file release..

Okay, I'm sorry but compared to most of the people on this board I'm not very computer literate. I need some help on how to place which files where and how to back up and all that kind of stuff. I don't have the DVD version of the game I have the download. Also, by just changing the name of the iff's, does that actually back it up? I'm a bit confused on how to get the download to work. I read the attached thread above, but I'm still having trouble. Do I add the name "backup" to all of the original Iff's in the games active folder to back them up and then copy and paste all of the new iff's into the active folder for the new modded game? If anyone has the time to walk me through and help me out I would be greatly appreciative. Also, how do I get the Xbox 360 wireless controller to work on the computer? I have a recharge cable that I can hoop up but I didn't know if a wireless would work at all or if I would have to purchase a wired one to use it on the game. Will the game automatically recognize the controller or do I have to add the controllers drivers to the NBA 2K11 file?

I'm pretty sure I'm missing something...

...I have the mod and the update installed, and load the .ROS files fine, but when I play a game, the arena is completely black and the player models are incomplete. Some have missing necklines up, and some are just invisible.

I think I'm missing a step, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what's going on.

Edit: Just kidding. It was under a deeper folder in the 2K folder. AWESOME mod, just amazing. Kudos to those who were a part of it!

I'm having a LOT of issues trying to get this figured out as well. I can't get any of the CF's to show up. Have them all in the NBA 2k11 folder, load the rosters, the courts are black, and the CF's and jerseys aren't there. I think the installer is messing up for some reason? Anyone have the files in a rar format instead of an exe?

someone should ask permission to the creators to take over since the 2k12 mod is not close to being done. wish i knew how to work the mods this is such a great mod to go to waste

When you start the installer it will create two subdirectories under your ProgramFiles/Nba2k11 directory. One is called Documents and Settings. All the info here needs to be copied into your 2k11 Saves Directory. The other is called Program Files. Take all this and copy to your Program Files/Nba2k11 directory

Can I put this on the 2k12 dvd version? If not, when will the 2K12 version be made? And why are the colors and graphics messed up on the pc version? It doesn't look like the 360 version.

Given the fact there are 72 teams(!) in the roster file, I will play 58 games per season (2 games against each team, one away and one at home) and after each season I will replace the last 7 teams from each conference (7x2=14) with a different set of 14 teams. As there are 30 teams in the standard NBA2K league, I still have left 42 teams on the roster file for 3 batches which means without the season I just started, there will be another 3 season up to come. :applaud:

Btw, I have chosen LSU Tigers remembering the summer I've spent down in Louisiana some time ago. :cool:

It will but it won't overwrite the original files, everything goes as a separate mode so you can keep your NBA mode too.
