Fuck fuck fuck! Despite the dynamic duo's efforts, LeQueen and the Cavs bought their way into the finals. (N)

On another note, its nice seeing the Stealth win. (Y) I had a feeling a big game from Durant was coming. Did not expect Iverson to have a Kidd-esque game like that though... BEAT EXCREMENTO!

Fantastic win for Seattle! Durant was finally a team player and that was the reason Seattle bounced up.

Beat kings on game 7! They had a chance, but now you're holding your own luck!

Yep. It's all about home court advantage now. Iverson will start Game 7. Coach Sit doesn't have faith in Karl or Wu because Iverson has experience. Everyone is fit and healthy for Game 7. It's going to be epic! :)

Thanks man! :)

You guys are in for a treat if I can finish my Media Law notes by lunchtime. If I do, I will write the next update so stay tuned!

Also, the upcoming Draft is weak as but would you guys like an NLSCers Draft scouting report/preview? If you're an NLSCer in following draft and want to be featured let me know. There's like 15 of you and I don't think I need to feature all of you. First in first served.

That's a good question. Currently, I can't even remember. Might actually be Stevenson. Don't know if you could land there. But all of those questions will be answered in due time. :)

Who do you like more? Gray or Chris Paul?

EDIT: I will add in an option for NLSCers to use player points to choose preferred destinations in Free Agency. (Y)

Chara Confident As Usual

SEATTLE, May 27 (AP) – Moses Chara has laughed off the notion that his teammates are angry at him for his scathing postgame comments after Game 6. He even added a bit of insult directed at his opponents on the Seattle Stealth.

After a 93-90 Game 6 loss to the Stealth, Chara had said “Everyone played bad on my team. I’m carrying them and they’re just not performing.”

“I said some things but my teammates know that I was speaking the truth,” Chara stated in response to that statement, “I can’t sugar-coat everything. The reason why we lose here is because my teammates don’t step up – when they don’t play well enough. If I don’t tell them that, who will?” He added, “Unlike Kevin Durant, I actually have my guys’ respect.”

Chara looked ahead to Game 7 and believed that his team had what it took to pull off an upset win on Seattle’s home court. “We’re the better team,” Chara said, “We’ve won on their court before. We have Stack (Jerry Stackhouse) and Queen (Shaquille O’Neal) who are hungry for rings so I am confident that we can win Game 7. The road ends here for Seattle.”

Durant Refused To Talk Game 7, Kidd Hoping To Return

SEATTLE, May 27 (AP) – After Seattle Stealth practice, Coach Sit allowed only his two captains to speak to media. Kevin Durant wasn’t very interesting as he refused to answer any questions about speculations on upcoming Game 7. Jason Kidd said that he was hoping his guys could win so that he could make a return in the NBA Finals.

“I’m staying focused. I’m staying calm. I’m not going to think about the next game until it comes,” Durant told reporters. Kidd, sidelined with a separated shoulder, had high hopes for his team, “Allen (Iverson) has to play a good game. Same with Reshawn (Tyson), Andrew (Bogut) and David (Lee). I see these guys playing big minutes. It’s time to pull out all the stops. If we can win Game 7, I should be healthy to be back in Game 3 or Game 4 of the NBA Finals.”

Kidd also refused to talk about any impending retirement plans, “Let’s take it one step at a time.” The 40 year old Kidd is coming off-contract this Summer.

I thought you respect him?

Maybe it's because Chara is openly cocky while Durant hides behind the PR shield?

Do I have any points from my previous participation?
If so, any chance you'll allow me to give it all to Jay Gray?
Fuck NLSCers. :P

I was hoping you would have the Grinch Effect. Converting your points into negative points for NLSCers. :)

If you end up winning the championship, I want Kidd to sign a 1-year contract to return and repeat.

Too good to pass up. If he doesn't retire, just edit his age and add him a year's salary. :cheeky:

The Grinch Effect can be something like a NLSC can give a point to an existing player.

Or edit his age, give him a contract worth like seven years and tell us that he's playing til he's 50.

Nah, I don't cheat like that man. I'm not LeBron.

I don't get what you're saying man.

Grinch effect is negative only.

Grinch can give points to Jay Gray but I would love to see you people's reactions when he takes your points away.

Sit shall give, Grinch shall take. (Y)
