Cause Durant is one, be interesting to see which one you rank as #1 - Durant or Chara?
I say Power Forwards first, lock for #1 would be Jay Gray I guess? other ones not so sure, if you count in the intangibles crybaby will definitely not be in the top 10

Leo Lai is just bitter that his player isn't getting any burn at the end of the Mavs bench.

European Star To Return As Top Prospect
DECEMBER 1, LOS ANGELES – Former High School All-American and top NCAA recruit Brandon Jennings, 24, has confirmed that he will return to the United States and declare for the 2014 NBA Draft. The shock move from the Italian League’s Most Valuable Player and star Euroleague point guard has sent shockwaves around the NBA. Jennings is expected to be the number 1 pick in July ahead of the University of Connecticut’s star shooting guard Sefu Thabo.
The 6’1”, 170 lbs Jennings has had a successful career in the Italian Lega A with Lottomatica Roma. He withdrew from the 2009 NBA Draft after deciding that he was not ready for a move to the NBA. Although his Euroleague rival Ricky Rubio made his NBA move in 2011, Jennings stayed put in order to honor his contract with Roma. With his 5 year deal to expire at the end of this current European season, Jennings has decided that it is time to try his luck in the World’s premier basketball league.
“I am honored to say that I will be declaring for the NBA Draft,” Jennings told reporters and putting an end to the chatter about whether he would make the move, “I wanted to say this so that everyone would stop talking about whether I will be staying in Europe or not. I just want to put this distraction out of the way and get on with winning with Roma.”
Jennings was the Italian League MVP last season after averaging 16 points, 7 assists and 4 steals in 28 games. Roma topped the Italian League standings during the regular season before being knocked out of the league playoffs in the semi finals. His team also made the quarter finals of the Euroleague tournament.

Stern Confirms Jennings Rumors
DECEMBER 1, NEW YORK – NBA commissioner David Stern has confirmed reports that Brandon Jennings will be entering the NBA Draft. Stern has stated that he has personally allowed the 24 year old to enter his league’s draft despite the European point guard missing out on joining the draft in 2011 once he had reached the automatic inclusion age of 22.
Stern explained, “I decided that I would waive the rule in favor of Brandon Jennings. He is a player that our fans want to see in the States. Brandon wanted to go through the Draft process for the experience. He wants the security that comes with the NBA Draft and a rookie contract. I welcome him to the NBA and I will say the same when I meet him on Draft Night. I am looking forward to him playing in our league.”
Jennings admitted that the NBA was never a goal for him after his second season in Italy but after winning the league title earlier this year, he felt that he had nothing else to play for and the move to America seemed worthwhile. “My agent made some calls and recommended that we try to talk our way into the Draft before looking at signing a contract with a team,” Jennings said, “I want to be at Madison Square Garden on Draft night for the atmosphere. If it didn’t work out, I would have been fine signing but I don’t think I would have gotten much money to be honest.”
The move is a smart one for Jennings who, although would be a favorite to be selected as a top 3 draft pick, would have struggled to gain a contract for the length and money close to a top rookie deal. “The league is full of point guards,” an NBA scout stated, “It was always going to be hard for Jennings to find a deal with the same security as a rookie one.”

Spurs Might Call Up Luka Mandich
DECEMBER 1, SAN ANTONIO – Austin Toros point guard Luka Mandich has been working hard to have a shot at playing the NBA. His hard work may be paying off as the former Croatian stud caught the eye of the San Antonio Spurs coaching staff in one of the team's curtain raisers. The Spurs have had great basketball from Tony Parker but their starting shoot guard Marco Belinelli and rookie/third overall pick Christian Bullard have been ineffective, to say the least.
Mandich scored 16 points in another start for Austin. The D-League outfit has won 5 of their 7 games so far and Mandich has been a big reason for that. The surprising Croatian is averaging 10.3 points a game for Austin but his true value is off the court where he has been praised for vocally leading his team and inspiring his teammates. "Luke's story is incredible," his coach said, "His battles with drugs and alcohol have not been documented enough. He is a role model for us and I think that he will get a shot at the NBA. He is improving every day and we are slowly seeing glimpses of the old Luka Mandich."
His Toros teammate Aaron Gray, a signed member of the Spurs, stated how excited he was after seeing a Youtube mixtape of Mandich from his younger days. "I was like 'wow Luka, is that really you?' I couldn't believe it," Gray said, "He was jumping out of the gym. Some crazy stuff happening there."
