Yeah, I can offer the largest offer to Ty. But 2k9 is completelty random... Ty signed for Orlando, Phoenix, Sacramento, Memphis. I've had Moses Chara sign for Toronto. It doesn't make any sense. :)

Ty was disgruntled for the better part of his 4 years in Seattle... Maybe that's why he wants to leave. I mean... That's the only reason I wrote it in.

As for Valor's comment, I didn't intend to make him sound like Lebron. I don't think he does anyways!

They may not have added the feature until 2K10, but I know that if he signs with Orlando, Phoenix, Sac-Town or Memphis, that you can match the offer.

Yeah, can't force him to stay in 2k9. But don't sweat, I used my executive powers to get a desired result... For now. :)

Tyson To Sign Max Deal

SEATTLE, July 9 (AP) – Seattle fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Reshawn Tyson is signing with the Stealth – for now. Sources have it that Tyson has agreed in principle to a 6 year deal with 110 million dollars and he will sign the deal in the coming days.

The news comes hot on the heels of reports that negotiations with the Phoenix Suns broke down during the final stages of finalising a deal. The Orlando Magic were also said to be major players in the Tyson sweepstakes. However, the Magic signed Gerald Wallace instead of waiting for Tyson to make a decision.

Tyson’s decision to sign with Seattle does not indicate that he will be playing for the team. Many sources are suggesting that the Stealth may be in the process of working out a sign and trade deal with the New York Knicks or New Jersey Nets. Rumours have stated that the Knicks are offering a package of PF Lamar Odom, SF Ron Artest, C Kosta Koufos and a number of draft picks for Tyson. The Nets are reportedly offering PF Yi Jianlian, SF Corey Maggette and PG Raymond Felton.

Tyson, 24, averaged 23 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.5 spg last season. He holds career averages of 18.1 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 2.9 apg, 1.4 spg in 311 games played and 185 career starts. The 23 year old former Tar Heel has had a rapid rise to All-Star status over the past two seasons with his electrifying offensive game. Regarded as a lazy defender in college, Tyson has developed a respected perimeter defensive game as well.

Nice to see some career stats. I don't think he will be traded. Good decision.

Thanks Hov. Iverson v Tyson will be (Y)

And thought you would like the career stats. I usually put them in most articles if the context is right. :)

Unsurprising. Good to see that he'll be staying in Seattle (presumably).

You guys just gotta get ready for a roller coaster story now... with KD v Ty, Karl as Coach, Sit as GM, Magic as owner... AI v Ty and David Lee trying to stick it in Seattle. :)

Ok then... thanks to Valor being smart, I will ask you all for your opinions on the following storylines. ;)

Points might be awarded for good discussion that may be generated. Don't forget quality over quantity.

    - Who is the man? KD (28ppg) or Ty (23ppg, 5rpg,5apg)?
    - Will Sit make any moves or is the team good as it is?
    - Is David Lee a flop as a Stealth player (has not reached double digit rebound average in any season on the team)?
    - Will Bogut be an All-Star again?
    - Will Kidd's body hold up?
    - Will Adam Morrison be a better fit than Trevor Ariza?
    - Will the Stealth be as successful with Karl at the helm? How many wins?

Enjoy!

-Kevin Durant is the man. He's an asshole, but he's been there since the beginning, and has several scoring titles. At 28 PPG, he gets it done.
-Will Sit will make some level-headed, but small moves
-Not really. He's started alongside four all-stars, all of which are above average rebounders for their position.
-Probably. Not many elite centers in the West.
-He should have one more year like this last one
-Yeah, he wins championships.
-Karl = Sit. Thy fall off a bit and win 54 though, having less emphasis on regular season play.

    - Is David Lee a flop as a Stealth player (has not reached double digit rebound average in any season on the team)? (Yes. Trade him already)
    - Will Bogut be an All-Star again? (Yes.)
    - Will Kidd's body hold up? (If he plays less than 35 minutes, yes)
    - Will Adam Morrison be a better fit than Trevor Ariza? (Is this a trick question? OF FUCKING COURSE!)
    - Will the Stealth be as successful with Karl at the helm? How many wins? (Yes. 53-58 wins)

Enjoy! (Fark you!)

-KD, it's still his team and he proved that on their last game of the playoffs.
-The team is good but he might do some move to make Ty or Durant happy.
-No, he knows his role to the team maybe this year he will surprise everyone.
-Yes, don't know many good center on the story.
-Yes, he just needs less minute.
-Of course he is the biggest acquisition of the team.
-Yes, 55 wins.

- Who is the man? KD (28ppg) or Ty (23ppg, 5rpg,5apg)? Still KD. He will once again lead the league in scoring while Ty will post his usual numbers.

- Will Sit make any moves or is the team good as it is? He will take things slow, if anything needs to be done, then a minor deal after like 20-30 games. Then Lee will be gone.

- Is David Lee a flop as a Stealth player (has not reached double digit rebound average in any season on the team)?
This will finally be the year when he will be gone. Bosh sounds like he is out of Toronto with their new rookie, so you will finally get Bosh in a Stealth uniform. Lee's numbers don't surprise me, as Lamrock said you have above average rebounder's on every position. They might go up if Kidd doesn't play as much.

- Will Bogut be an All-Star again?
Yes, if you keep Lee, no, if you acquire Bosh.

- Will Kidd's body hold up? Yes. He will take a slight step back with his age, Wu and Karl will see more time to keep Kidd from fatiguing too much. When the Playoffs come, he will be back to his usual 9-9-6 stats.

- Will Adam Morrison be a better fit than Trevor Ariza? Ariza is a better defender, but struggles with his shot. Morrison brings long distance shooting, but has no defense. It's a tough call, I'd prefer Ariza but if Morrison can become the shooter off the bench for you, then you're fine.

- Will the Stealth be as successful with Karl at the helm? How many wins? Yes. With Ty back, you could reach the 60-win mark and you'll make a deep Playoff run. The rookies need to play an important role when their number is called.

This will be an important season for Seattle. I'm surprised Ty stayed as a Stealth, I guess Magic had something to do with it. :)

:) Thanks

Had to re-do the free agency like 5 times before I got him to stay... however, Andray Blatche was always my backup plan hahaha And Corey Maggette was my backup backup plan.

Oh well. I had to because it would have been unrealistic if he just bailed despite me being able to offer more money and more years. Not to mention to go to a team like Phoenix.

Also, Chara was signing in whacky places despite coming off a title.
