Wow Indiana got lot of depth with Lamar,McGee and Barbosa. I wonder what the Wizards do during the offseason.

You should see their depth chart at PG:

D.Collison/R.Sessions/T.Ford/C.Hasselhoff

Poor hova

Sit wrote:Wilt is happy to be in Milwaukee with his fellow countryman Andrew Bogut. (Y)

Glad to hear. If I'm willing to give up Beasley then Bogut could come to Minnesota, but Wilt wouldn't be happy about that :P

Larvae wrote:Wow! Nash is a Celtic

I was wondering if somebody would notice that. Nash signed for MLE to try & win a title since Suns suck. Only in this Association will you see Cavs win & Nash ring chasing

Thierry • wrote:The Spurs, like always, quiet in the offseason, making noise in the regular season :D

They've been understated. They traded George Hill for Stephen Jackson because they didn't want to give Hill his big contract (similar to what will likely happen IRL). They're going for title this season, but sadly like the Lakers, they're done.

Martti. wrote:I'm glad the Bucks got rid of Maggs and got LA and a good back-up for Yung Buck. (Y)

Wilt might argue about who's backing up who, but Young Buck's ratings are up to 85 now & he is Milwaukee's best player (ratings wise). With Bogut, LMA, Biedrins as a big 3 inside I'm thinking they're a mid-level Eastern playoff team.

Either way, definitely a great trade for Bucks (Y)

I'll get team depth charts up in the next few days. Anyways, I'm mulling over a Jordan Hill, Corey Brewer & future 2nd Round pick to Toronto for their 2013 1st Round pick. Just to create roster space (I've got 17 players including D-Leaguers), remove about $7.5m off my $70m cap figure & so on. At the moment Hill is on IR & Brewer will likely be my third wing off the bench behind Buford & Afflalo. I might hold off making the deal because if I deal Beasley (& open up starting spot for rook) then I'll want to retain Brewer as a backup. Hill has to go though because no way I re-sign him. Any thoughts?

Looks like Nash is after a ring before he retires. Surprising to see Allen re-sign for four years, not sure he'll go that long in real life but then when it comes to shooters and for that matter point guards like Nash, they tend to be able to stick around and remain effective even as they approach 40.

Allen's deal is only guaranteed through 3 years before C's get a chance to deny team option. I think they will probably will by that time.

Strangely enough Nash said 2010/11 would be his last season then he blew out his patella then recovered, played end of 2011/12 season & now continuing for another year. I guess he didn't want to end his career on a sour note (as Grant Hill did in 2010/11).

Yep, I was wondering when somebody would notice that. Although granted Brook Lopez is worth it. In this Association he is a beast, the third best centre in league behind Howard & Duncan (who I've got as a centre). He's averaging like 19, 10 & 2. Remember the game was based on Lopez before his last season.

Hibbert gets a lot because he's big & has decent potential. All bigs get overpaid in 2k11.

Just like Lopez, Mayo was based on pre-real life 2010/11 season.

Gallo was slightly surprising though.

Yep, picked him up from Clippers before trade deadline last season when LA made me an offer that I could not refuse (Link).

Flynn seems rated better in game & better potential as he's now like 84 & Gordon's about 81 or 82. Gordon is a better fit though.

That finishes off-season coverage. Will hopefully get onto starting to play 2012/13 season shortly :P

As you will see with team rosters, most teams did not do much so I feel like my changes push me to around 6th best in West with potential to go a few spots higher if everything gels well. Main thing I want is a playoff spot :P

Around the league, out East I still like Atlanta. Miami hasn't done anything with their roster since they won title so they're going to battle Hawks, Bulls & Celtics for top of East. I think Cleveland, Milwaukee, Indiana & potentially Washington are the darkhorses in the East.

Out West, Thunder will be cream of crop but a bit of a drop-off after that. Lakers have taken big step backwards & I figure they'll be a lower level playoff team. Behind Thunder you've got teams like Rockets, Nuggets, T'wolves & Memphis who are the dark horses. Mavs suck these days.

Yep, he was dealt for last season. Spurs gave up expiring contract of George Hill. I'm guessing with Parker in hand, Spurs didn't want to pay the $58 million to re-sign Hill. Captain Jack is now entering the final year of his deal. Interestingly enough teams like Spurs & Jazz are positioning themselves well cap-wise. Should be interesting to see what they do next summer :P
