NBA 2k11 - My Player Crash

I installed NBA 2k11 to my laptop and I played several times at quick game and I think to play my player mode. Now, i finished creating my player and i was gonna save the new my player and after pressing the word "YES" in the question "Are you finished creating Fritz Smoove?" Then NBA 2k11 returns to desktop, absolutely no error messages. Tried to delete my user profile, but still doesn't work.

No need to get angry. Most folks have moved on to NBA 2K12 and those who are still playing 2K11 may simply not be able to answer your question. There's a chance this issue has come up before, in which case a quick search should yield some answers. Failing that, you can always try 2K Technical Support.
