Rondo Layup

Can someone please tell me how to do the Rondo Layup . Also can you have a specific layup and dunk package with the special dunks on one guy and them all work ? sorry im new to 2k

the rondo layup happens automatically when trying to do a layup in traffic
and to your 2nd question, i didnt quite understand it, so yes?
