Get this, Scottie feels like ScottieThey've actually done a great job replicating the old school players. Worthy is a handful, Scottie is a menace all over the court, MJ is MJ, you've gotta keep Byron Scott in check, otherwise he'll kill you too. Shame they don't have full 12 man rosters for all classic teams. Hopefully can download something soon to sort that out.
Initial impressions after just one game:
- It feels like a lot better game than 2k10.
- I like it more than demo too.
- Game looks great on PS3 (360 might be slightly better, but for me, I think it looks great). Best of all, not one framerate issue or slowdown (this is offline play). I don't mind slight jaggies (only noticeable if you are looking for them & only on certain camera angles) if game runs at smooth 60 fps & it seems too![]()
- Stars are stars, role players are role players, individuality of different players (through animations, looks & tendencies) is great.
- Seems like they've got a bit more real time physics in there than expected. More loose balls, more everything.
- Game looks & plays smooth.
- There are so many different controls to learn, just read instructions & you'll see. At least they've actually given us all the moves in instruction manual this year![]()
Overall, very happy so far. Will post more impressions later. Best basketball game I've played since post-patch College Hoops 2k8.

Does that mean some 2k10 patches will be compatible you think? Like courts, for example.

I totally agree that editing to 12 min quarters is pretty important for the Jordan Challenge, 60+ pts or averaging 30+-11 for a series and things like that are hard enough as it is I imagine, lol.
