hey guys i decided to make a video of lebron's jumpshot and a few others and the few quick seconds of them cause if you are like me and are a true fan of the series then you love to see how much it has changed and if its improved. Even though there are short glimpses of these videos it is still easy to tell how drastically (for the better) these shots have changed.

I think LeBron's jumpshot is not much better than in 2k10, I don't know why they just don't go to the jumpshot they had for him in I don't know 2k7, when it was really perfect!!!

i agree, sometimes i enjoy playing the older versions of the 2k series because their jumpshots were so fluent and nice. With that being said it seems that we all feel the 2k10 and now 2k11 jumpshot is inferior to lebrons in 2k7, however if we look closer..

the FOUNDATION of his jumpshot in 2k7 is spot on:
- bringing the shot from lower body all the way above his head
- hanging in the air
- the follow through

Yet, we always seemed to complain this is why they were forced to change it. In 2k10, i think it was totally off lol. But now it seems they are getting very close to perfecting his jumpshot.

i'm actually impressed how much smoother everything looks in contrast to 2k10

fake passes and shots look way more under user controlle

has anyone noticed the white headbands for the mavs? did they have that in 2k10?? a glimpse of hope that they may got them right this time

To echo what I've said in the NBA Elite 11 section about recycled dunks and whatnot, that's not a big thing per se as I wouldn't expect every single animation to be replaced. In the case of that dunk, I believe that's one that can stay, or at least does not desperately need to be replaced.
