Haven't celebs like thse always been in the game, unlockable? It's not an actual team in the game from the beginning but you can unlock it with a code.

no codes or anything, they are only in the blacktop mode

I liked playing Pitbull and slamming over Kanye West in 2K10. Guess Bow wow will be the new bitch in 2K11.
