It's a pet peeve of mine, so I'm going to try and keep track of all the times EA "owns up" to NBA Live 14 during the Live 15 hype season.

Already this irks me. Sure the game improved since launch but I don't think it was anything big enough to change it from something that wasn't good enough to something that is, at least in comparison to the launch version of the game.

I do still like Live 14, it is a good foundation for future games, but they don't need to downplay it making it feel like I got screwed out of my money at launch when I could buy it right now, new, for $30 in stores. It doesn't instill trust in Live 15's hype if the track record from this year and during the Live 06-10 years is to say the previous version isn't that good when its time to sell me a new one.
