Yes, they released a mobile version last year, which has now been updated.

my roommate's friend was playing it on his iphone last night. he said he bought it for $0.99 and then when i mentioned JAM was available now on iphone he complained it was $4.99
both of them say Elite on the phone is a good game, which is an interesting take from casual NBA videogamers.

Well, they probably aren't as inclined to get as geeky and picky about the game as we are. I don't think you could ever expect that much from a mobile version of the game anyway, but that's an interesting take all the same.
