New Facebook Screens

Looks good to me. It still puzzles me how people can look at screens like that and use words like "terrible" and "horrible". I know this is the Internet and hyperbole is king and an acceptable means of making your point, but whatever nitpicks you could make of screens like that, they are far from being completely unlike their real life counterparts or wretched. I know I'm not the harshest critic when it comes to graphics and that's probably because back in the day I had a whole lot of fun with a game with fairly generic facial details, but come on.

the only nitpick I have is that the faces look a little lo-resolution, but compared to the first screens these are 1000% better in my eyes.

Well then I'm a piece of shit because those screens are epic fails. The second camera man on the left isn't wearing his proper shoes, nor is Shannon Brown on the Lakers bench. Not to mention how the sweat on KG is not using the proper physics to distribute the perspiration. Nor can we see which of the Jordan shoes and their attributes the players are using, oh wait, that's a 2K ONLY FEATURE.

Another shit year in this shit franchise from shit developers that don't care about what makes basketball games good.

Also KG's wristband is half an inch higher than he actually wears it. And EA expects us to give them money for this crap?

I zoomed the screen and I can GUARANTEE you that the SHOES ARE RIGHT and SHANNON BROWN IS ON THE BENCH!

NBA Elite pics look cool. I appreciate how they modelled the players body. (Hope modelled is the right word.)

Look kid, I have been playing basketball games for decades, and I have watched plenty of basketball (something I doubt you have ever done) I have also spent many late nights examining every pixel of every photo posted by the AP or Yahoo or anyone and just as many in the dark with a flashlight hiding from my supermodel wife pawing through shoe magazines and catalogs like Eastbay so I know everything there is to know about the sport. I not only zoomed the screen, but I enhanced it and then flipped the reflections in the backboard to flip the image reflected off the jumbotron screens and I guaran-damn-tee you the shoes are wrong, the sweat is wrong, the wristband is wrong, and have also noticed that PHIL JACKSON'S POSTURE IS ALSO WRONG.

So sit down and shut up. Because an education in basketball has just been delivered straight to that empty box you call a skull. You have been served!

I don't think the graphics are terrible but it's not great either
I just never been fan of NBA live's style of graphics
players do look like there real-life counter parts but in a cartoonish? paint drawing version
to me nba 2k9 had the most realistic looking graphics for a basketball game
but then again i don't buy basketball games solely on their visiual...I will wait until the demo drops to help decide on which game to buy

not impressed with the new visuals especially the coach like phil is too white and too plasticky i thought they have a great job changing the visuals and graphics sorry but it takes years to make it just like 2k's graphics. and also i see some screenies in the other forum all the visuals of the players are black especially the white ones like curry, coz the skin textures of elite is less white more dark., im not saying that I am a hater. because both titles make there own way of developing there best results so nobodys perfect

@liveking yo videos are hd so you know where im coming from on the graphical front screenshots are not live gameplay just a photo tooken of live gameplay

All these negative comments are crazy, first of all they are screens, we arent playing the game and people keep saying Elite sucks but it doesnt matter becuase Elite hasnt even given us a gameplay yet, and people are already saying that 2k is better, but except for the trailer we got about the real A.I, all those trailer were old, even the recent ones, and you can tell becuase all those screens has BJ3,Curry, and Durant wearing the same clothes, they took those trailers a while ago, 2k graphics arent any better.

Durant looked good...someone know if NBA elite11 dev use the same 8 way camera captured tecnology that FIFA series ?
only im not that excited about this game coz Elite its not on PC... maybe with the rebirth of Fifa on PC its time to live (Elite now!) next year.

It'll never come out on PC, nobody buys PC games just pirates them, and EA doesn't want to lose money to all you filthy pirates when they can sell billions to real gamers who play on consoles and Xbox Live.

Besides, a PC couldn't handle the graphics of this game. PC's don't have 360kb processors or Cell for one let alone the advanced graphics of next generation systems like the 360 and PS3.

Yep and they also have Orlando's arena correct too.

NBA and ESPN both work with EA Sports more, because they are a bigger company than 2K which IMO makes a huge difference and thats why Elite will win this year. I can imagine NBA giving EA Sports real life videos of signature shots from probably any rotational player in the NBA.
