NBA Elite 11 Footage from game event

Postby Andrew on Sun Jun 06, 2010 1:36 pm

NBAGames.de has posted a video from an event where NBA Elite 11 was on display. The footage begins at the 16:45 mark of the video and features Dwyane Wade shooting around on a practice court along with some comparisons to NBA Live 10 footage. It's also followed by some footage of NBA Jam from around the 17:15 mark. Check it out here.

Thanks to Kevin of TheSportsGameGuy.com for the heads up.

Nothing you can really gauge from any of that.

That footage is way too early to gain any real perspective from. There are a lot of things that will be added to that build.

Well, you guys have seen the game up close and had hands on experience. For the rest of us, it's our first glimpse of the game in action. ;)

I agree there's not too much we can gain from it, though I did think it looked pretty smooth in those snippets.

the view is vertical, not horizonal, which makes me wonder if the new controls are mainly for that specific view.I probably won't care for the new controls if that's the case

I'd say that's just for demonstration purposes in the practice arena. Hopefully you can change that angle but even if you can't, I'd say the default camera angle during regular gameplay will be a broadcast style.

You can change the camera angle. Your brain automatically adjusts anyways. If you have touch with your stick skills, the camera won't matter.

It appears it has been removed due to the embargo on NBA Elite 11 info.
