-more FIBA teams. (I've already wished this so many times. ) as in all of the countries that participates in the FIBA competitions

Hey Guys... i want your opinion on something

ok at first i have to be honest.... i played both games.. nba live and 2k10 both had their moments... but in the end.. i want a product.. that when i buy it.. i dont think of the pros the other game has..so i didnt pick up one.

afterall.. i had to say that live 10 had the better product.. it was nicer to play.

But my wishlist for nba live 11.... i start with the easiest wishes

1. Get rid of Marv albert and steve kerr.. it was sooo annoying.. listening to the same voices.. for almost 10 years
bring in.. some new guys... like will walton.. sir charles.. reggie... get kenny.. and a guy like mike breen..
its time for something new... marv was great.. but.. if you play it for 15 years now... its enough..
and i liked the idea of updating the commentary over the season.. i think.. in our times.. those interaktive features are a must!!

2. Get rid of the Hangar: Thats the thing i want your opinion on... i hate the hangar...if i want to play the game.. i play the game.. not trying to shoot or do something different.. i think its a waste of memory space...

My Idea for it is:... Bring in A NBA LIVE HQ... A Place where you have Stats(of actual nba games/Players-- or Dynasty League Stats)...NBA LIve Mode.. Like Quickgame, Season, Dynasty, Allstar Game..Online.. and as a third option implement NBATV/TNT/ESPN as a way.. to watch games.. or highlights.. and look at stats.. or go with the highlights on Fullscreen mode.. .. The hangar situation with the implementation is such a waste.

3. Do a better Job.. in presentation.. i dont need the players stand in front of me like.. movie stars.. the glorious five... just..it more like a tv presentation.

4. grafix.. can always be better:-)

5. get the tip dunk... and i want to choose.. if i do a layup,ill dunk or shoot.

I think they should split the game into two games. One for the online crowd with more arcady play, and one for offline with more sim targeting the single player crowd. That way they could split the development team up and really dedicate themselves to their version and get it right instead of skimming on certain areas that seem get overlooked each year. They could charge $40 for each.

Here's an idea. Fully utilize the right stick in Live 11. Since a toggle button turns it into freestyle passing, another toggle button can turn it into a dynamic shot stick. That way you would have control of passing, shooting and dribbling, all with one stick and could switch between what you want to do easily.

That's a great idea. Loved the shot stick in 2k10, and would love to see it more expressed in live 11.

I don't know if this feature is in Live 10 but I want to see this in both titles of Live and 2K:
Ability to create custom plays to be included in the team playbooks.

We can customise playbooks in NBA Live10, but only in terms of selecting from a bank of available plays; there's no option to create your own.

this are the things that i want for next years nba live.

-deeper dynasty mode
-better graphics.
-more moves ( shooting, dunks, layups, inair collision, etc. )
-better pregame video
-improve commentator

i still have a lot of few things in mind but i think those are the most important things live should do to take the crown from 2k next year

Thanks as always for the feedback everyone, but just another reminder that "better gameplay" isn't really descriptive enough. If we can specifically describe aspects of the gameplay and certain situations that need to be fixed, I think we'll have more of an impact.

They should work on the AI. I'm tired to watch that the computer succeeds in making thought shots to come back in the game on all star mode. The AI isn't smarter on this mode. This mode is challenging because the AI hits a higher amount of shots. Always jumping to block someone all game long is exhausting. The way the AI scores on three points shots is so unrealistic.
They should also improve the physic, the contact between players. Something really annoying is to watch an opponent going to the rim on transition, I send a defender to make it harder to score but it doesn't care and just dunk. At least my defender should have modified the run of his opponent or make a foul. We should be able to defend on the floor. And stop making long length animation.

I agree completely, though I feel both of those aspects of the game got worse post-patch in NBA Live 10.

They already have tendencies. Seems like there was some issues with dunking tendencies in NBA Live 10 though so there are some issues that need to be ironed out, no question.

Well,i didn't even know that,since i have never played a Console NBA Live.

Online, the three points are irritating. You have to track players like Mo Williams all game long. They were wrong for the cover of the game, they should have put Mo Williams on it.
The way the defense is played in nba live really bothers me. From what I've watched in Euroleague, basketball teams doesn't try to block every shot. They make it hard to score mostly. They make their opponent take bad shots. It's strange to see every player looking for a block all the time on every situation. A defense doesn't seems to behave like that during a real game.

Dear EA Sports ,
I live all the way in Barbados. I have been playing able Nba live since sega/snes days. I looked forward to by a Pc version every October. I hoping for this year if possible a release of NBA LIVE 11 for PC.

For my wishlist for Nba live 11 ,if its not too much, has been debate heavily with other Nba live fans in Barbados & these are the things we would like to see fixed or introduced/re-introduced. 11 things for NBA LIVE 11.

1.Improved Created Characters- In the current creative mode, created players look to old ,even though it allows for better construction of a face ,guys just look like 50 years old, Live 2003 though lacked as much detail the player faces look better, Player body type should not always have to be dependent on player weight, an option to choose body type should be there if user does want to accept games player body type to weight design. Also the ability to choose shooting form, and free throw ritual and go to move (maybe a creation go to move added if possible).

2.Create A Team- Similar to the one in Fifa series were you could create jerseys,Team Logo(use other animals or something like how they are Minnesota Timberwoles ) , Financial status,etc. Give names to match team (have list of states eg. Mississippi,Texas, Colorado along with item select from team logo so commentators would be able to say the name of the created team.)

3. Improved Ball Trajectory - I know you have worked hard at it an you are almost there.

4. Improve Rebounding- Players still look like if the jump too high over rim when grabbing boards.

5. Multi-player Dynasty & Player Lock- Player lock should be brought back ,Multi-player dynasty explains itself.

6.Tips/Put Back- Improve the realism of tip in an put backs ,as to the ball magically flying to players hand.

7.Menu Screen- I like the video clips in Nba live 08 ,but bring back the ability to select a favourite team, then if not like what was done on Live 04, so video clips of stars of the chosen favourite team (at least three superstars a team,if team has that many) .

8.Pre-Game Ritual- Each Team should have a unique-ness about their warm up, even if its one player (team superstar) doing their real pre-game ritual Lebron chalk throw, Melo ball hug.

9.Improved Gameplay - Still slightly robotic and slow but has improved greatly over the years, improve defense mechanics as well as offense (eg. sealing opponent on pick a rolls better)

10. Commentary - Mike Breen must come be introduce Steve Kerr( i think like him better as a shooter),also use the last name /commentator names system like on your Cricket series( Yes i buy and play alot of your merchandise) so the annoucer would call the player last name at least when they hit a shot or have an assist as to saying # 25.

11. Improved Dynasty Mode- Include hire and fire of staff ,retiring of coaches, Improve generate rookies( make them look like real people please, and the game can say their names , No sense generating name like Louba Makulitesnfia if you wont allow the game to pronounce them. Improve draft , how realistic is a 1st pick from Kuwait 2nd from Malaysia and 3rd from Fiji. Player chemistry improves during the season when a 2 players( maybe more) pass the ball to each other more as season progress. Simulation of a game reflects how user has been playing in previous games ( not user having lead Utah with Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams as top scorers for the past 5 games and then when "siming" the next game Okur, AK47 are leading the team. And custom team playbook that stays the way you put it.


Much more could be add but I know these thinks take time, money & alot of technology ,so i just listed those few which are main concerns for Live players in Barbados( i don't know i other share the views). So i how to see some of the improvements in future in the NBA Live series. (RELEASE A PC VERSION NBA LIVE 11 PLEASE !)
Shot Stick is stupid (outside of freethrows) and is used by 2k already stay unique .The button shooting system is perfectly fine (tap-to fake , hold and release- to shot) if more people actually took up a basketball at learn to shoot they would know when to release a button on a jump shot. People only scream shot stick because 2k has being more easily available or the past 2 years due there PC releases. That should be telling you guys at EA something.
