When will we hear NBA Live 13 cover news and features news

EA's department is pretty busy around August.

According to the producer in this E3 video from June 16th 2012, he said 4-6 weeks and this is 6th week maybe it be this weekend possibly who knows or it may be announced sometime in august 2012

I don't think it'll be this weekend, it seems like something they'd announce midweek at the latest. First two weeks of August seems like a decent bet to me.

It seems that both companies are almost at a stalemate in terms of marketing. They may be playing one up or waiting for the other to release information first. I think it will be interesting to see the back and forth that might occur.

Yeah, someone's gotta blink and tip their hand first. EA's still got a cover announcement to make, so I'm guessing they'll be first with that, with the info/preview media following from both sides.

Its July 29th still no NBA Live 13 cover and features news yet i keep checking after work on Monday July 30th and Tuesday July 31st if there no news those days then it definitely be sometime in August 2012 i hope because im tired of waiting for it since the game comes out October 2012

It surely can't be much longer as we're closing in on just two months until the release. I'm not expecting anything until at least midway through this week at the earliest, though.

Surely they can't leave it much later, though given it's been pulled from a scheduled media event this week we may not be hearing anything until next week at the earliest.

EA seems to be very passive on advertising. With 2K doing the hell out with "biggest announcement", Twitter etc, maybe they are just playing the other type.

A few hints or sparks about the cover couldn't have done them any bad, I think.

Quite a flip flop of marketing between the companies in just two years time. 2K used to be the quiet one with an early teaser, a trailer, and delayed insights, while EA had several interviews, early cover release trailer, dev diaries, and community days while being very active hyping the game.

Even in nba Facebook posted the cover of NBA LIVE '09 (2008). We look forward to novotey more)

At this point I'm not even trying to expect or guess when we're going to get any type of news, I just want to recieve good news not any news.

Obviously not. As much as impatient one could get there's no need to post anything. Every time I go to any Live forums it's like this

Exactly, there's not much to be gained from sighing and tapping our watches. News will come when it comes, basically.

So Far no news yet and its August 12th i think there be news this coming week August 13th through 19th or August 20th through 26th but they usually post news about covers or features on Thursdays so Target date to look for some news is August 16th or August 23rd stay tuned NBA LIVE 13 fans

I can appreciate the enthusiasm but like I said, we really don't need to post stuff like that every couple of days. News is scarce, we want to start hearing details, we don't know when those details are coming but presumably it'll be soon as the game hasn't been cancelled. No point in repeating ourselves.
