The fiscal report that lists EA's upcoming games only lists console and handheld versions of NBA Live 11 on the release schedule, so it would appear we're out of luck. Even with NBA 2K getting into the act, it doesn't look like EA is interested in doing much with the PC as far as its sports games are concerned.

The NBA won't allow unsportsmanlike technicals to be included in the game. Not happening.

I meant more of a hard foul being called a flagrant, and some emotion in the game

Basically the NBA is very image conscious and does not like anything that puts them in a negative light; same reason they're harsh with player fines whenever there's an incident of some kind. So they're definitely not going to allow fights or unsportsmanlike technicals in the game. I'm not sure about flagrant fouls, I'm guessing they'd be open to that because they're not necessarily unsportsmanlike. Perhaps as they continue to refine the new physics engine, that will become a reality.

I remember in Live 06 for Gamecube, I was called for flagrants and technicals

You remember incorrectly. NBA Live 06 did not include flagrant fouls or unsportsmanlike technicals. No NBA Live since 2003 has featured flagrant fouls and no game in the series has ever featured unsportsmanlike technicals because the NBA won't allow it. The only technical fouls that are in the game are the ones that assessed when you try to call a timeout with none remaining, when there's a defensive three second violation or in the rare instance that a player fouls out and there are no available substitutes because they have already fouled out or are injured.
