This time from the EA Sports sizzle trailer from E3, it was in the background of the Konsole Kings interview

the chris bosh dunk is weird, but in terms of graphics, Live 13 has the best graphics they ever made.

The faces look great. The Melo dunk looked awesome. But the gameplay felt...hmm, gooey?
Oh, and ya, sure. JaoSming has a YouTube account

The clips don't look too bad, still not putting too much stock into what we've seen so far and hoping that future glimpses of the game will be more pleasing than the stuff the folks at E3 have been commenting on.

Nice clip the animation looks great Amare Stoudemire face with the glasses look SOOOOO real my only take on those few seconds is that the jerseys are way to tight.

The jerseys definitely seem to be the weak link for everyone so far.

the jersey is so tight and the way they dunk looks awkward in my opinion

people have been complaining about how jerseys look "painted on" since Live went 3D, but imo it's better than the floating jerseys of 2K where the jersey is never resting on the players' shoulders even when they're not moving

You need some pretty darn good collision detection if you're to have full cloth effects (movement, etc, like in 2K) and the jersey be close enough to the player's body. I guess 2K has gone one way, and EA has gone another. But Michaelvlutz49's reverse engineering has proved that 2K -can- improve the jersey's distance from the player's bodies, but just hasn't done so. If a modder can do it, they can also do it, and do it better.
So I'm guessing that it's just neither company is putting the required effort so far in that field.

Neither game has it quite right just yet, but for my money both are passable at worst. Not to say they shouldn't strive to make it better but if that turns out to be our biggest complaint about either game, they're not doing too badly.
