looks like it is in progress yet but 2 aspects of the game should be improved the graphics looks black only the court lightning is white and also the blocking animations because its stiff a little bit but nice preview though about the new control scheme

Not much rotation on those shots and the flat ball trajectory is quite bad, imo. I hope it is only because of that generic jumpshot animation.

I agree on the blocking animation. The shot contests don't look that good. I don't see anything wrong with the graphics, though.

Oh well. I can live with it if it plays well.

It's a work in progress, like it says in the video and something that Andrew has said over and over. But I agree, the shot contests don't look that good in the video, and hopefully they'll fix it by the time of the demo or the release date.

Still doesn't look too bad for a work in progress, though I too hope some of those defensive animations are cleaned up. No real gripes with the player models, lighting or environments but as always I have to note I'm not the harshest critic in those areas. Movement looked pretty smooth, hope the controls aren't quite as "heavy" as they have been in previous seventh gen games.

A small detail to note: Brandon Jennings is shooting with his left hand, as he should be. I know there was some eye rolling about that on one of the first videos but like I said at the time, it was probably just an oversight that they realised (and no doubt was widely pointed out to them) and subsequently fixed up.

I'm sure Brandon Jennings pointed it out himself. :P

I didn't the first time I watched the video but just took another look and you're right, it did happen on a couple of jumpshots. Hopefully that's fixed up in the final version but for now I wouldn't be too worried. At the community event for NBA Live 07 I played a version without any nets which featured a bug where players warped behind the backboard and then back on layup and dunk attempts, neither of which were issues in the final product.
