Basically if you do certain things like a double-quadruple double, playoff wins, comeback win, etc. you're rewarded, no gameplay footage.

I think these guys focused more on these kind of things more than gameplay this year!!!

fingerprints seems nice if at the end of your career your jersey is retired

Pretty straightforward concept, certainly a logical inclusion in any kind of career mode. Good to know.
