If you are still getting and error, try to run the program in VISTA SERVICE PACK 2 compability mode-it worked for me. I have windows 7.

I'd also like to know how to do this. I'd been wanting to replace those blank portraits first hand. It's annoying me. :?

read the readme, you must create portrait.edit and then load it, with the .edit file program can create the new .cdf and the new .iff

In 64 bit Win 7 NBA 2k10 installs in "Program Files (x86)" not "Program Files". Does the program recognize that the access path to NBA 2K10 is in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ directory for 64 bit Win 7? Maybe it would work then? I don't know anything about making programs, just an idea...

I've tried running this program in Windows XP Mode on Windows 7 64 bit, and it still does not work...I've also tried running it in Vista compatibility mode and that doesn't work either...Is there a chance that someone will release a package that includes portraits for all the players who do not have them? I'd do it myself, but I can't get this program to work on my computer. I swear I am following the instructions exactly.
