I also had an idea to move all those court ads behind pressbox to the proper locations on the upper levels. That would probably be alot of work in 3dsmax.

The small logos do appear in high quality courts, but only if you the American version of the game of the American court files.

I think the difference in american version and in the other version is not in the f***.iff and s***.iff, I doubt it is located somewhere.
