Problem on my 2k10 please help ASAP T_T

hello all of you guys here in NLSC...
masters please help me
i have a bug on my NBA 2k10
when i Play a Quick Game mode
i cant see the players
and the ball game wont start even if i wait for 1hour
still not starting the ball game...
the camera is just circling around the stadium...
i try diff teams buy still not working, but when i play MY PLAYER mode, i can play ball game...
i hope you will help me master..please..T___T

try reinstalling, has the game ever worked properly?

does blacktop mode work?

does practice/scrimmage work?

playoffs mode work?

association?

i use visual settings..
all HIGH
except for the JERSEYS, MEDIUM only...
...the game was working properly but when i install KOVA roster it all mess up...
i dont know whats wrong, i DL all the files he posted...
only the quick game dont work...
but all of the rest is working....
practice/scrimmage
playoffs mode and my player mode...

does it work properly with other rosters?

because there have been many issues with Kova's rosters with the game not working properly.

i even delete ALL of the saves at the save folder of 2k10
but still, no Working..T__T

ok, time to try reinstalling and not using any mods and see if that works
