2Ksports uses 82games.com to get player's tendencies, so they are pretty spot on already. If you want an opinion without looking at stats, I'll tell you what I think.
Lebron is a very athletic slasher. He plays mostly a dribble isolation, with some drive and dish, and some screen and roll/pop. His jumpshot is average. He rarely spots up, making most plays with the ball in his hands.
Kobe is an all around player who relies more on his jumpshot, but has a variety of moves to get him good looks from mid or close range. He will backdown from the high post, work out of the triple threat on the perimeter, and play off of screens.
Wade is a slasher like Lebron, but has a better jumpshot.
I think Melo is also a slasher who plays off of isolation and triple threat, mostly. He has a good jumpshot and will occasionally spot up on the perimeter, and pull up from midrange, too.
