Sims, home team bias and blowouts

Anybody does a sim-only league with his 2K. or quick sims? Comp vs comp sims.
I have two questions. Home team almost always wins. Anybody knows how to correct that?
There are a lot of blow outs. Any idea how to prevent that. High clutch rating only works sometimes.
Do you think home team might go under user ratings and away team under cpu?

I don't know how to help you but the fact that home teams win almost always piss me off.
