shotclock glitch??

Guys,
i just want to ask if any of you has experienced this bug. Whenever i play a game in quick game mode, the shot clock doesn't work. I've even tried holding the ball for more than 45 seconds and nothing happens..the game still goes on...how do i fix this glitch? thanks
