Need Help With CFs

Hey guys, I'm getting sick of waiting for other people to make CFs for me, so can somebody tell me how to do it? I downloaded the CF editor thing but I dunno how to use it. Help ma plzzzz!@$^&!

i must of watched that video a dozen times, it doesnt really explain how to edit a CF, and thats what id like to do, anyone care to give a few pointers ?
