Any way to use Xbox360 Rosters on the PC?

Is there a way to convert the 360 rosters so that PC users can use them? Unfornately I tried using the roster updates made by 360 users after downloading them off 2K Share and my game crashed to the desktop. Just wondering if anyone knows how we can utilize the 360 rosters.

no we can't, Finn was going to add that functionality to his roster editor last year but never did
