Best Settings for My Setup?

OK, so I tried using the Ultra High settings in this section, and I was getting a smooth 75 fps in blacktop, but when I played a game, I got a FRAPs'd 25-30 and a ingame benchmarked 16-21 fps. What would be my ideal settings for the game given my setup.
My Hardware:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ @ 2.6GHz
5GB of DDR2 RAM
350GB Hard Drive (200GB Free)
NVidia Geforce 9500GT 512MB

it depends on your tolerance of low fps, personally i try to keep my fps to around 60fps or whatever fps is more constant..

the 9500GT isnt really a "gaming card" so id suggest you just lower down settings until its smooth for you

Yeah, I'd probably set them as low as then can go.
See how that plays, then maybe turn some options up a little bit. Repeat.

Well, I just tweaked the ultra high patch settings a bit, and its running at a cool 45fps smoothly.
