what's the fact someone?

I want to play online, but I see too what exactly Menus

there is an official bugs topic, actually. and i seriously doubt lagin is a bug. im sure the game lags when ur configuration is just windows and an ati card. doesnt prove to be the best duo out there. might wanna add some processordata etc.

He means that any bug should be posted in this thread, but also that lags are not an actual bug, it's typically that your PC cannot handle the graphic settings that you've selected for the game, so you need to reduce some of those settings for better performance.
