It will be delayed here in the phil but you can try to buy or preorder it out in some online sites..(that is what i usually do so that i could get the game)

To answer the question, it depends on the shops, as posted before. If I were you though I would buy the game the first week it's released because I have a feeling 2K10 (PC) is going to be in-demand because people already know about its availability and that there is no Live on PC. If a game is in-demand, the price will surely go up when the first stock of the game have sold out, I just love this country. I think it happened with 2K9 PC. Though I bought mine way past the first week, it was still part of the first stock. I just found out that the price went up (not much, 5-10 PhP I think but still, multiply it!) from some people who bought the game in the same shop that I did, some of them even had to reserve a copy when the first stock ran out.

Yeah it has pre-order. I recall some dude picking up a copy of Live for the PSP when I bought 2K9. Of course, a few people were aware then that 2K is finally available for the PC when it came out.
Come to think of it, I blame you pre-ordering bastards if the game I will buy is more expensive than the expected retail price since you ticked them off about the demand.

datablitz told me that they will soon accept pre orders for nba 2k10. they just don't know the exact date. but they told me it is soon. you can also go to any datablitz store and leave your contact numbers so they can contact you when they start accepting pre orders.
