Say does anyone know how, after you create a player, to make his attributes loyal, wants to play for a winner and so on?...it's very frustrating to start playing with a create a player only to have him leave your team after a few years....so an info on that would be helpful.

Change his personality. I think there are options for laid back, neutral and expressive or something like that. Change him to laid back, maybe that will help.
