NBA 2K10 PC BUGS AND GLITCHES THREAD

Every game it lags... I'm using the 2k camera. Do other people have this or is my computer just slow? My computer has 4GB ram, 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo, and I think a 512MB graphics card but I'm not sure about that one. Running Vista..

what graphics card do you have, it doesnt matter if its 512mb or 1gb if the model is low end (ie 9400GT etc)

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 and it is 512MB. I turned player detail to medium and it is working fine now...

Some players jerseys have like a random stripe,coming from their shorts going to what i think supposed to be their name on the jersey who else have this problem is this bug or what?? Other players uniforms are ok, but player name still don't appear on shirt!

I heard that they were fixing this in the patch
"- The user’s ‘Drills Remaining’ value will now be properly saved as new drills are accumulated throughout the NBA/D-League season."
Is this in the PC version?

IN my player mode the sim till subbed in doesn't work for me. It worked in the first game I played but now its broken. I even tried starting a new career but still had the same problem. Anyone experienced this?

I just finished the Summer Circuit with the Bucks. If I choose a different team to do training camp with, will it create a clone?

Im having a problem i just noticed. intentional fouls arnt working for me. they just hug the other person and no foul is ever called and the other team just loses ball.

I know it was working before but no matter what i do with settings i cant get it to work. there are fouls called in the game but when i do intentional, nothing is called.

fouls settings are all set 60 or higher.

Other than that, i figured that Bulls players can only play with away shoes, it doesn't matter if your home, away or practicing. Maybe it can be solved with a roster editor.

Sometimes after a timeout during a D-league game, the arena lights continue to shine and move around on the court during gameplay.

i experienced a bug where the referee and the inbounder cannot catch the ball when they are passing it to each other. Whenever they fail to catch the ball, another player will get it and passes to the ref, who will also fail to catch it, and then the cycle continues.. hehe they're like playing catch for about a minute, then when i stopped moving as im asking for the ball from the inbounder, the "catch" game stopped.

The heat meter doesn't work! I think that's what it's called.. I mean the little meter by the player that used to go flashing red or blue depending on how a player was doing. In my version it just stays white, but apparently in the console versions it still works.

having a hard time installing btw do I need .net framework 3.5 to run this game or just the 1.1, hoping someone could asnwer me

i think you only need the .net framework 1.1, but the installer should be installing these prerequisited prior to the installation of the 2k10.

i have glitch regarding on shooting fouls....like when u make a drive,lay-up and make a contact with a defender...the play is discontinued and go directly to the foul line...

Had this happened too. Very annoying.

The most annoying bug I have seen thus far:

You are playing defense on the computer, and the screen skips, and the computer disappears from one spot, and reappears in a completely differnet spot. (within a few inches of where he was).

When you or the computer are supposed to be inbounding the ball, and the ref never gives it to you. I have had to literally call a timeout just to get the ball back in play.

There seems to be silence in really odd moments in the game.

I didn't read the thread, so uhh. I'm just curious:

Playing 5-on-5 (with the exception of the My Player mode) gets me stuck in the "pre-game" sequence before tip-off. Like Harlogg and his colleague is done with their pre-game spiels and all that's left on the court are the two referees and the the point guards of the opposing teams, their on-court teammates aren't there and the camera cuts continue to infinity, and I can't play.

I have a serious problem. I created a 74 overall player on association mode, played 5 games, after that he got injured and missed 2 weeks. And after he healed, his rating was 66+1. wtf? He is a star of the team, it isn't chemistry's fault...

Hi guys. Does anybody knows how to fix it?

Well, most of the bugs aren't really a problem. If the stats stay on screen, call a timeout. If the ref and a player keep passing the ball to each others, call a timeout.

The only two problems I have that really annoy me are the intentional fouls and the game not saving your settings during the Association.
If anyone has a solution or workaround, I'd love to hear it.
