HELP! NO ANNOUNCERS ON MY PLAYER!

Help I just adjusted some settings and then I try playing My Player then I hear the EA tracks not the announcers then I tried exiting My Player then tried to play Exhibition and it was ok I can hear the announcers then i tried playing My Player again it was still the same I tried to restore all the settings to default but nothing happened! HELP!
