no minutes in 4th quarter of my player

Ive been playing my player in nba 2k10 for 3 seasons now and on the past 5 games i have played i wasnt subbed in at all in the 4th despite a dominating performance in the games and all the outcomes were my team losing by 2 points. could anyone help me with this? thank you
