NBA 2k10 PC Problem (please read)

Hey guys...

I have a strange stuff on my NBA 2k10 for PC.

If i put Player Detail in HIGH, game stops to run smooth.... i´m just put in medium and bingo! Run smooth...

But the problem is the FPS...is the same all the time!

If i put 1280x720/HIGH, 1920x1080/MEDIUM, 1920x1080/HIGH, in the game, FPS is 59/60....

Whats the problem?

My specs:

Asus M4N68T-M-LE
Radeon HD 5770
Phenon X2 555 Black Edition
4GB RAM DDR3

you are wondering why the game gets less FPS when on HIGH or are wondering why there is no change in FPS between medium and high

The game doesn't run smooth when player detail is High but runs smooth when Player Detail is in Medium. In both cases the fps displays the same value.

I'm guessing he's confused with the constant displayed value of the in-game fps benchmarking.
