How to remove teams for season

Hi I want to know how to remove teams from season mode. I'm using clarkmylove's Retro Mod 1997 and I can't get rid of the Bobcats so I can do a 29 team league. Please help.

you cant remove any teams from season/association/playoffs modes
its 30/30/16 and cant be changed
